Vista Redonda Resident in Movie that Debuts on December 12

Vista Redonda resident David Stupin is appearing in a  short film callled "High Casting."  The movie will debut at 7 PM on Sunday, December 12 at the Screen Theater on the campus of Santa Fe University of Art and Design as part of a showcase of student films at Santa Fe Community College. 

Admission is free of charge and the showing is open to the public.

The Screen Theater at Santa Fe University of Art and Design is located on the former College of Santa Fe Campus on the south side of 1600 St. Michael's Drive between Cerrillos and  Llano Street.  The entrance west of Carl's, Jr.

Water Meter Readings Going High Tech

As part of a drive to cut expenses, Vista Redonda residents will be receiving their monthly water statements by email beginning in December. "Since all the information is available to you, even when traveling, we will no longer be calling to inform members of unusually high meter readings," explained Judy Simon, Vista Redonda Water & Property Owners Board Secretary. "If there seems to be excessive use, you will be able to quickly notify someone to investigate. "

The email water readings will be contained in an email with the subject line "VR WATER READING."

Vista Redonda Board to Meet December 4

The Vista Redonda Water and Property Owners Board will meet at 1 PM on December 4 in the home of Keitha Leonard at 6 Entrada Corta. 

The agenda will include, among other items:

• Review and if possible draft deed restrictions
• Update on attempts to cut costs
• Delegation of Treasurer duties
• Update on water system replacement plan
• Discussion of the Sussman property

Annual Turkey Bingo Set for Saturday

On behalf of the Tesuque Elementary School PTA, Vista Redonda residents are invited to the annual Turkey Bingo from noon to 4 PM Saturday (November 20) in the Tesuque Elementary Gymnasium. Cards start at $1 and Thanksgiving turkeys, along with cash, one-of-kind art, and other other prizes will be given away with each game.
    If you can’t play but want to support this annual fundraiser, which helps pay for many school activities, frozen turkey can still be donated. Just drop them off during school hours or Saturday morning.
